Long-term Projects

Here you find the MTV-program 2011. The program for 2012 will be announced at the beginning of 2012 (March by the latest).

Participants are required to pay a fee of 500 Euro for 3 months and 50 Euro in advance for each additional month the volunteer will extend. The fee covers pick up from the airport or bus station upon arrival in Uganda, Orientation, guest house equipment and maintenance, Accommodation for those in Upcountry projects, water, cooking gas Electricity, contribution to host projects, communication prior to the volunteer’s placement and general UPA administration cost and other UPA projects. Food is not included.

Note:

All volunteers choosing school project should always remember to consider the school holidays when the schools are closed in April, August – September and December to Early February.
